Workshop Preparation
Upon registering you will receive access to take the EQ-i® measure; you will receive a copy of the book The EQ Edge, and the Technical Manual; and you will receive a confidential one hour debrief on your EQ-i® results.
Before the workshop, you are required to:
- Complete the EQ-i® on-line.
- Accomplish some pre-reading.
- You will also be given a password and link to complete the on-line pre-work, which takes approximately 6 hours.
Workshop Fee:
$1,597; Includes 2 days of training, certification from MHS. Workshop payment is required in full upon registration via credit card, check or an institutional purchase order. The fee includes all materials received before or during the workshop. You will be responsible for payment of all travel and accommodation expenses.
Cancellation Policy:
A refund will be given to those who provide written notice of cancellation three (3) weeks or more prior to their scheduled training session. Refunds are subject to a $400 administration fee for cancellation and will be made only after all materials distributed are returned without any markings prior to any refund. No refund will be given for cancellations less than two weeks prior to training. A one-time request for rescheduling may be granted at the discretion of Collaborative Growth. Rescheduling must occur within one year of the originally scheduled training.
Collaborative Growth reserves the right to cancel workshops up to two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled workshop date if attendance requirements are not met. Collaborative Growth will not be held responsible for any travel arrangements made due to the cancellation of a workshop.
