This year’s ASTD conference was a blast – a blast of energy, enthusiasm, new people to meet and new ideas to improve training and facilitation. We’re highlighting a few in this month’s article. Daniel Pink, author of the new book, Drive, says learning comes from engagement not compliance. You’re probably nodding your head in agreement. So do an inventory. When you want to learn something how do you go about it? Do you use strategies to get yourself engaged – can you name 3? If so blog about them!
